This information is used to calculate and display your personalized quiz result, unlock the full result, and deliver the related result overview by email.

When you submit your email address, the quiz sends your email address and quiz information to this website’s server. The server uses the information necessary to validate the request and connect your result with the email delivery. Raw answer choices, dating stage, detailed scores, and campaign parameters are not added to your MailerLite subscriber profile.

The legal basis for processing required to provide the requested quiz result is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where you consent to receive email communication and related marketing from Proof Not Potential, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us.

4. Email delivery and MailerLite

We use MailerLite to manage the email subscriber list and send emails. When you unlock your full result, the following information is transferred to MailerLite: your email address, overall evidence result, strongest evidence area, weakest evidence area, and clarity pattern.

MailerLite processes this information on our behalf as an email-service provider. MailerLite may also process technical delivery and engagement information necessary to send, secure, and evaluate emails. Further information is available in the MailerLite Privacy Policy and MailerLite Data Processing Addendum.

MailerLite may use subprocessors and may process data outside the European Economic Area. According to its Data Processing Addendum, transfers to countries without an adequacy decision are protected through appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

You can unsubscribe from email communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in an email.

5. Browser storage and quiz progress

The quiz uses your browser’s local storage to remember your answers, selected connection stage, and current question so that your progress is not lost if the page reloads. This information stays on your device and is not a cookie.

The saved progress is removed after a successful result submission or when you choose to retake the quiz. If you leave before either action, it may remain in your browser until you clear the website’s stored data.

Buttons for purchasing The 30-Day Man Filter lead to an external checkout operated by Lemon Squeezy. Personal data entered there is processed under Lemon Squeezy’s own privacy information and contractual arrangements. No checkout data is collected through this website before you follow the external link.

This website does not intentionally use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The quiz records functional interaction events within the website to operate and evaluate the quiz experience. 9. Retention

Quiz progress stored locally remains on your device as described in Section 5. Information held in MailerLite is retained while you remain subscribed or for as long as needed to provide the requested email communication, unless earlier deletion is requested or longer retention is required by law.

Technical server data is retained only for as long as necessary for security, reliability, and applicable legal obligations. When data is no longer required for its purpose, it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable requirements.

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide, including your email address and message, to respond to your enquiry.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
